Hi! My name is Derek Martinez and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate in North Carolina. I am passionate about providing evidenced based therapy and have received extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). This treatment is effective at treating obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, and related disorders. I also treat phobias, misophonia, trichotillomania, and excoriation.
