As a clinician in the field since 2012, I have been proud to serve individuals and families with a variety of issues. Over the years I have worked with many people dealing with depression (incl: postpartum), anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, military issues, PTSD, anger, couples/relational issues, child and adolescent issues, stage of life or adjustment issues, gender or sexuality issues, chronic pain, grief and loss, personality disorders, and substance abuse issues. My clientele range from ages 7 up to people in their 80s and have included a great diversity of cultures.
My main theraputic styles include solution-focused therapy, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy and am able to adapt to provide the best service possible to my clients. My goal is to foster insight in individuals, bring people together and ease the pain of the experiences still threatening to control their life.
