I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, depression, career counseling, and disability adjustment, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to help my clients feel better and reach their goals. My approach to therapy is holistic, incorporating elements of humanistic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and solution-based therapy. I am interested in you as a person and look forward to tailoring our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, goals, and experience and build upon success.
I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for adults of all ages who may be dealing with depression, stress and anxiety, disability adjustment issues, and career and academic difficulties. I work to help my clients navigate these challenging times and transition periods.
The majority of our time is spent talking about how you have been feeling recently and having a conversation to understand the reasons behind these feelings better. The first session is about building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there.
