My prior experience has been with working with individuals who struggle with PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety disorders and depression. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I also love to use art therapy and am open to crafting sessions to be what you want them to be.
