I have been in counseling practice for 25 years. Over this time I have noticed one constant theme: people often do not know how to address their emotional and relational pain. Unresolved emotional pain leads them to develop coping methods that increase their hurt and isolation. In addition to mental health counseling, I am an experienced career development professional who can provide executive coaching and workplace conflict and mediation services.
