Denise Urban is a professional counselor, who has been practicing for over 20 years. She is a passionate learner, completely dedicated to deepening/expanding her clinical skills and always curious about new ideas and approaches. Her goal is to provide a healing space, build collaboration, teach/model essential skills as well as offer new perspectives. Essentially, I help my clients answer the question "what makes life worth living? " and then provide the guidance needed for them to make the changes that are necessary to get there. Being in nature always helps Denise to clear her head and adjust her perspective.
Time outdoors allows her to slow down, be in the present moment and let go of the worries that are often not related to the priorities in my life. I also appreciate the reminder of the deep interconnectivity of life.
