I enjoy the work I do and gain so much satisfaction from helping people recover the wellness that still lives on in them. That wellness may be hidden by stressors of daily living or trauma. I find delight in helping folks identify the strengths and resiliencies that each human being possesses. My favorite part of the work I do is in the developing of the therapeutic relationship. I provide a nonjudgmental, safe environment where people can feel free and safe to express themselves. I work with Individuals, Veterans, Service Members and their families, Seniors and Members of the LGBTQ community.

I am trained in the following evidence based therapies and use an eclectic blend of person centered approaches to meet the needs of each individual: · Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy · Dialectical Behavioral Therapy · Cognitive Processing Therapy · Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing · Problem Solving Therapy · Behavioral Activation
