I primarily work with adults. I promote a supportive environment to provide a trusting and caring venue for my clients to explore their concerns. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional Certified Practitioner in Trauma Informed Hypnotherapy and Rapid Resolution Therapy, as well as Certified by the National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapy. My practice focuses on many concerns,in particular I work with addiction, trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns and depression. I am a DOT Substance Abuse Professional, providing services in accordance with DOT regulations.
My overall approach to therapy is to provide an active engagement with each client to promote healing and growth. With years of experience in working with individuals suffering from addiction and painful life experiences, I find these clients are interested in moving forward and healing.
As a Certified Practitioner in Trauma Informed Hypnotherapy and Rapid Resolution Therapy ®, I provide an opportunity for individuals to resolve trauma and negative emotional experiences, by combining the use of subconscious and conscious levels of mind within a few sessions.
