Welcome! I provide individual therapy through Telehealth (video) appointments to adults in Eastern Washington and North Idaho. I have a wide range of experience with many different mental and emotional health issues including trauma, anxiety and stress management. I also work with very sensitive and empathic persons to help you learn how to manage your sensitivity and address the challenges that may come with that.
My therapeutic approach utilizes multiple interventions including Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Transpersonal and EMDR. My focus in therapy is two-fold: to help you gain insight about yourself and your issues and to give you problem-focused skills and tools that can help you cope with your experiences, thoughts and feelings in a healthy way.
