Areas include are building a stronger relationship to self, adoption-related issues, PTSD, trauma, loss, separation, grief, anxiety and depression utilizing multiple modalities including CBT, DBT, parent education, Mind-Body, as well as a Spiritual approach including breath work, meditation and guided visualization. Each client’s treatment is individualized to their specific needs. Experience also includes teaching parents how to advocate for their special needs children within their districts. Rutgers School of Social Work graduate with an MSW and a BA from Rutgers in Psychology and Early Childhood Education.
