I have been a licensed clinical psychologist for over 35 years. I have devoted my career to working with clients of all ages who come to me with some form of emotional distress or problems in living. I help them to understand the cause of their pain, educate about the importance of healthy boundaries and guide them to find relief and workable solutions. To this end I use family of origin therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and EMDR. I address such concerns as anxiety and depression, panic, trauma, self-esteem and couples and family conflict.
