I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. I am passionate about working with emerging adults who are trying to figure out life. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and incorporating humor where appropriate- because a little laughter can be a powerful tool.
