My name is Denese Longsworth, and thank you for visiting my profile. The therapy journey is often challenging in the therapeutic process compassion, collaboration, and connection are essential in your journey for healing. My experience in working with Addiction, Anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mental health conditions has provided me with insight into understanding clients are not one size fits all. In our session, I will provide an individualized treatment plan with tailored goals and techniques for optimal service for comprehension of your role in our sessions.
Our sessions will provide safe space for your needs. I am fluent in Spanish and consider cultural competency at the forefront of our sessions. I have worked with Adults, Teens, and Couples with complex challenges. My approach is Client-Centered utilizing frameworks like Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy, and ACT Therapy.
