I work with a variety of issues- trauma, attachment issues, sexual challenges, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, LGBTQ+, and more. With individuals, I draw primarily on AEDP and ISTDP- two compassionate, deep, and relational psychodynamic approaches designed to create lasting change. I am actively receiving training in both, along with consultations in order to provide high quality therapy to all my clients. I work with couples and have done training in Emotional Focused Therapy for Couples and sex therapy (ATSIP Level 1). I am currently doing trainings in ISTDP for Couples and in the Developmental Model.
My multi-modal approach allows for a flexible and personalized style to fit your unique needs and situation. I believe in supporting your clarity, growth, and understanding. What you want and need is at the forefront of every session, and we work together collaboratively to deeply shift who are you are towards your healthiest self.
All therapy modalities I draw from are attachment-based and trauma informed therapies. ISTDP is supported by over 140 and counting high quality studies. AEDP, which is also strongly supported by research, and ISTDP have been shown repeatedly to help everything from trauma to treatment resistant depression to mood disorders.
