My name is Demi (she / her) and I’m a clinician who believes that YOU are the expert of your own life and experiences. My goal is to support individuals in client-centered ways to take meaningful steps towards thriving.

Together we will develop tools to address burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, workplace / personal stress, relationship challenges, or even simply – if you’re just unsure or stuck. Based on your preferences and needs, I will tailor our work together to address obstacles to healing and discuss themes / patterns overtime.

No one’s mental health exists in a vacuum. I believe in the power of conversations around privilege, race, power, and oppression as these impact our identities. Having a safe space to process and reflect on these experiences and emotions can make all the difference in treatment.
