Struggling in your relationship? What sets us apart is our structured approach. We'll start with weekly sessions, then transition to biweekly, and eventually monthly meetings. Plus, after your "graduation", we'll have two check-ins per year to ensure those healthy habits stick. In between sessions, we'll assign tasks to work on your relationship, and you'll have access to us outside of appointments for advice and support.

My approach is holistic and multicultural. After all, I have lived in multiple countries. Before your 1st free session, we will have a brief phone call. During this call, we will discuss the reasons that led you to seek therapy. We offer both in-person and virtual therapy to accommodate your needs and desires in multiple locations.
