You should never feel alone. You're valued and you're worthy of happiness. My experience as a professional school counselor enables me to see the challenges students face on a daily basis with regards to academic needs, ADHD, anxiety, social skills, and other school related challenges they encounter. Helping children navigate changing families, social complexities, grief, and social media influences while finding their own identity and personal happiness is a rewarding journey. I provide support for children, adolescents, and adults in navigating life's challenges in an effort to find their happiness and their sense of belonging.
Through a hands-on, nurturing, collaborative and supportive approach I provide individual counseling to clients on their journey to determine their best self. I also provide supportive groups pertaining to social skills, confidence building, parenting, changing families, life transitions, and other areas that would help group members to feel successful.
I am looking forward to working with individuals and families on their journey towards happiness as we collaborate and celebrate positive successes along the way. I am confident that when we work together we can face life's challenges and move towards eliminating some of the roadblocks that interfere with our everyday interactions and happiness.
