I see adults only for individual therapy and keep a small practice roster for personalized care. I am here to help you improve your quality of life and your interpersonal relationships and discover positive change. I can help with depression, anxiety, trauma, marital and family issues, grief, and major life transitions.
My office is located in a quaint beach community. I am available to all Oregon clients. I do not take insurance. Office Hours by appointment. I grew up in a multicultural family with a Scottish father and a Native American mother. I am a mother of four, and grandmother of eight.
