I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with mental health concerns around trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, grief, life changes, depression, anxiety, sexuality, and gender identity. My goals for my clients are that they feel heard, validated, supported, and involved in their treatment goals. I am passionate about helping my clients in increasing their insight and understanding of themselves, their values, needs, effective and ineffective coping skills, and their goals of living a fulfilling life.
I am a trauma informed, LGBTQIA+ identified and allied, culturally humble, body positive clinical social worker. My background includes working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes and their loved ones to provide assessments and services designed to fit each unique client or family.
I strive to provide competent, empathetic, value-affirming, and client-centered care to each of my clients. I offer evening and virtual appointments to make it easier for people with busy schedules. I'm excited at the prospect of working with you.
