Hey y’all! Delani (she/her/hers) here! My passion is helping younger adults in their healing journeys, particularly those who have experienced trauma, don't have self-love, have learning disabilities, cognitive processing disorders, and ADHD. I believe that our self worth and loving ourselves is what creates a foundation for our relationships and other areas of life to flourish. Throughout life, trauma can impact how we view ourselves and how we treat ourselves over time.
As your therapist, I vow to provide you with a safe space where you will be heard and that is free of judgment. I want to assist and guide you on your healing journey to self love. Together we can identify how your past is impacting your present and process those thoughts and feelings so that your future self can be a better version of current yourself.
You don’t have to conquer your inner struggles and vulnerable feelings alone. It can be challenging breaking generational cycles but it is not impossible. Experiencing feelings of joy, contentment, and peace are worth fighting for. We will work together to help you be your authentic self and love the person you are.
