I utilize a wellness model rooted in experiential and body-based healing. I take an eclectic and individualized approach, trusting your inherent wisdom as a human to heal and grow. I am certified in Art Therapy and Herbalism, as well as being Trauma Informed, LGBTQ Integrated, ISF Trained, EMDR Trained, and Ecotherapy Informed.
My passion is working with those who have experienced trauma, marginalization and discrimination, disassociation, burnout or stress, and identity questions.
