I’m passionate about helping individuals cope with trauma. I believe therapy can be one of the most healing, yet difficult experiences; a space to dream, grow, challenge, and commit to yourself and those that you love. I am honored to walk along side my clients and meet them where they are at in order to help usher them where they want to go. I combine the work of Internal Family Systems, attachment, narrative, and psychodynamic therapies. I find that we learn a lot about ourselves when we look at past relationship patterns. Seeking to understand those patterns and how they align with your values is where the work begins.
The therapy room is no mystery to me, as I myself I understand the gravity of the decision to walk through past experiences with a new person you just met. My goal as a therapist is to offer a slow step into collaborative care to meet each of my client’s individual goals, focusing on warmth, kindness, and creating a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.
