I grew up in charming Richmond, Virginia before moving north in adulthood, and I am excited to begin a new chapter in Brooklyn. I have always been intrigued by the emotional complexities that come with being human and feel privileged to center my career around exploring personal narratives. I firmly believe all beings are interconnected and sharing with one another can bring us all closer to living the meaningful lives we deserve. In session, I curate a warm and open atmosphere and hope every client feels seen, connected, and looks forward to attending therapy.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and families, mostly utilizing post-modern person-centered modalities. I have experience working with people from all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, and diverse family structures. I believe that every client requires a personalized approach and I aim to co-design a treatment that will feel empowering.
I know therapy can be intimidating so I want to assure you that I will meet you where you are at with no judgement, only curiosity.
