Over the past nine years I have worked in medical social work and inpatient psychiatric facilities. I have experience working with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, stress, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. I am a strength-based therapist, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and person-centered approaches.
I am committed to helping and working collaboratively with individuals towards achieving their goals. I focus on utilizing a holistic therapeutic approach which encompasses the whole person - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental aspects.
