Hello! I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in the states of Minnesota and North Dakota, and a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) in the state of Utah with over 10 years professional work experience. I am also a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) in the state of Minnesota. My counseling style is guided by you, your goals, and the changes that you want to see in your life. We will work together to help you understand and unpack deeper roots of the challenges you are having, to process them, and live a life you have been wanting.
I am a big proponent in diving into root causes of our issues. If we can heal the root, all of the other symptoms and issues tend to fall off. I also love listening to our bodies. Our body will let us know how we are feeling, and learning how to tap into that.
