My goal is to assist you in gaining greater insight into the sources of your difficulties so you can live your life more fully. I view symptoms as expressions of deeper issues facing you. Often, when you can understand the source of the symptom, it diminishes in intensity and frequency.
I work adults of all ages with a variety of psychological problems. I have a background in lifespan developmental psychology, adult development and aging, and clinical psychology. I have been in the field of psychology for 30 years and in private practice for the last 8 of these.
