I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy treatment. I have been practicing DBT for over ten years. It is the framework that guides every treatment I use. I am also trained in and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Parent Training, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use the treatment that best fits the client to help.
