Life has a way of throwing curve balls and having a judgement free zone can help in navigating in a healthy manner. My goal is to support my clients in finding healthy ways in managing daily stressors, healthy from trauma, and living their life to the fullest. My career in the helping field began in 2007 after obtaining my bachelor’s in social work working with families, children and developmentally delayed population in the community. I utilize Cognitive behavior therapy/ behavior modification alongside a therapist as well on an IFI (Intensive Family Intervention) team.
Over the last 6 years I have worked with the military population and their families through the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing support for PTSD, crisis intervention for suicidal/homicidal ideations and attempts, nightmare/flashbacks, depression and anxiety to name a few.
It’s not about me, it’s all about you and helping you to live your best life in a supportive and encouraging environment. Living for yourself, fiercely and endlessly is my mission as your therapist, as we only have one life so why not be happy in it?
