I have advanced training in emotionally focused therapy to help couples and families experiencing distress in their relationships.I utilize mindfulness-based therapy to facilitate changes at the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral levels. This approach promotes inner peace, which helps us to accept our thoughts and feelings, and develop healthy behaviors.
My unique collection of life experiences contributes towards my working successfully with my multicultural and bilingual (Hindi/Urdu) client population. I enjoy working with children, young adults, couples and families. My attachment orientated approach provides a safe and supportive place to build a conflicts free stronger relationship with self and others.
