I do this through providing connection, empathy, active listening, and insight-oriented therapy so you can take the important steps to change self-defeating behaviors and foster personal growth.
While I support all families with challenges & transitions, I have specialized experience in helping individuals and families struggling with the bi-cultural experience and facing intergenerational conflicts. I provide cross-cultural psychotherapy to blended families, while acknowledging the complexities of cultural, racial and generational differences.
