I was a college professor, and I was in the military for over 25 years. I deployed 4 times. I have considerable experience working with students, military and family members, and veterans. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), along with a solution-focused approach, to help clients move beyond their stuck points towards growth and positive change.
Sometimes we can navigate stress, trauma, and grief on our own, but there are times we need the guidance of a therapist to process the emotional pain, fear, confusion, and lingering effects of it.
