If you’re looking for a therapist superhero, I’m sorry my cape is in the wash! I’m not sure a therapist super hero actually exists anyway. But don’t despair, I still have a few tricks up my sleeve, maybe I’m a therapist magician!? What I am is a mom to my kiddos and my doggos, a wife, and a veteran. Pretty normal human right? But wait there’s more, I love the outdoors, sunshine, reading and many more things.
Just because those are a few of my favorite things doesn’t mean they have to be yours, I have experience relating to and working with a wide range of ideas, experiences, and situations. I want to provide a safe haven for people aged 14 and up, to talk about what’s going on in their life, and work towards getting to where they’d like to be.
Each person I work with is unique and has their own lived experience. I believe I can use some of my therapist magic to meet your unique experiences.
