Guiding people toward a healthier life is my passion. My clients include adolescents, 15 - 19 and adults from 20 - 120. I also provide counseling services to couples who wish to develop a better relationship or who are divorced and wish to work on coparenting. I have worked in mental health for 20+ years, both in public and private sectors. I provide telemental sessions. I believe that a successful counseling relationship depends on mutual trust. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma and aging. I focus on women's issues such as postpartum depression, infertility, pre-menopause, menopause and aging related stigma. I also focus on adolescents and women who have anxiety disorders or who experience high levels of anxiety and need help learning stress-reduction and self-soothing techniques.
