The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a powerful therapy designed to reset your nervous system through guided listening to filtered music. This brain/body approach has become one of my go-to tools for clients looking to create a better life for themselves.
Initially designed to support neurodevelopmental differences like autism, sensory processing and adhd, the SSP music delivers "cues of safety" to the nervous system and can help shift the ANS from "fight/flight" to balanced and calm. Symptoms of anxiety and depression, learning difficulties, traumas and even long covid benefit from this listening therapy.
The SSP Listening Therapy is tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals and is offered on-line as well as in office.
