I work with individuals and couples and children on a wide range of issues including anxiety, perfectionism, support through life-transitions or re-connecting/ rekindling loving feelings.
I specialize adoption issues, including counseling adult adoptees, birthparents, adoptive parents and adoptive children including attachment, adjustment, unplanned pregnancy, multiracial family building, and managing stress due to waiting and uncertainties of the adoption process. I also specialize in the unique emotional needs of gifted children & families.
I believe that the process of therapy is unique to every person. I draw from a variety of sources to meet your individual personality, interests, and goals.
