I work with an experiential focus on psychosomatics, mind and body connection. I am trained in therapy models that are based on years of scientific research in Neuroscience, Attachment Theory, Positive Emotions, and Social Sciences, to name a few.
As an LMFT, I am trained in systems theory, AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) and Shame. These theories are focused on healing and transformation.
