I also recognize that sometimes there's just a need to problem-solve and tackle challenging circumstances from a practical perspective. I completed all three levels of training for Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, an approach that helps people transform and heal their responses to upsetting events and memories. This involves mindful attention to our emotions, thoughts, physical sensations, and memories.
