Substance abuse, dysfunctional relationships, grief and loss and feelings of emotional insecurity and instability are frequently life limiting issues that can be changed. Humans just want to be comfortable in our own skin.
I utilize a wide variety of therapeutic techniques depending upon your stated issues, goals and needs in a comfortable, non-judgmental therapeutic environment. We collaborate to challenge and correct old and/or dysfunctional patterns and replace them with healthy, effective tools to help you feel whole, healed and truly happy.
One of the greatest parts of life involve helping a human in need. I am sensitive to the struggles and challenges of life and believe that therapy does not have to be painful.
