Today’s world is challenged in many ways. And, challenges come from many directions. Family disruptions, parent-child conflicts, difficult co-workers, supervisors who don't know how to lead people, and managers who put their own interests or the financial needs of the organization first before their people. This kind of behavior can result in strained relationships, distracted attention, tense interactions, increased absenteeism, and much more. It can come at the hands of people low in 'emotional intelligence' like bullies, micro-managers, and disengaged leaders. Is this your life, family or work? It's time to do something.
Like you, I once had to discover my story, uncover my fears, find my voice, and strengthen my people skills. I grew up in a large Norwegian family where I didn't have a voice but had many fears. I now use my skills as a psychologist, a mediator and conflict coach to help people recover from past limiting beliefs and open new possibilities to break free.
I work with intention, compassion, and a "CAN DO" mindset to guide you at work to break free as a leader with difficult employees, as an employee with a bad boss, as a co-worker in dispute with others, and challenges in family-owned businesses. I've discovered myself, found my voice and am passionate about helping others find their way through conflict.
