My work utilizes my education and training as a marriage, family, and child counselor and 30 years of holistic health practice (yoga, meditation, complementary therapies). My holistic approach helps clients focus on concrete, practical steps to develop self awareness and acceptance, the first step in working with & transforming what they are experiencing.
