Taking New Clients - I strive to create an accepting, supportive, nonjudgmental, safe and welcoming environment where clients can feel heard and seen, cultivating healing and empowerment. My therapeutic approach is multi-faceted, reflecting the individuality of each client. I have experience working with diverse populations including children, teens, adults, and couples struggling with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief & loss, ADHD, PTSD, substance use, self-esteem, and various life transitions.
I integrate components of evidence-based practices to foster emotional regulation, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and (MI) Motivational Interviewing.
I am sensitive to my client's needs, flexible with their schedules, and offer community resources. I collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique strengths, needs, and goals.
