I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the State of RI. I have 21 years experience providing therapy and support to adults and older adults coping with a variety of different issues: anxiety and panic, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, trauma, and aging issues. In 2017, I became a Board Certified Coach, providing goal-oriented Life Coaching to clients who have specific, short-term career or relationship goals.
I draw from concepts of Humanistic and Positive Psychology, thus, I believe everyone has the ability to achieve self-actualization, or, living one's best life regardless of past experiences and decisions. My therapy style is eclectic, to make a tailored plan for you. I will help you focus on the precious present, while making changes for an exciting future!
