I specialize in religious deconstruction and trauma, which comes in many forms and can affect our lives with anxiety, depression, loss of identity, loneliness, and shame. I'm here to gently guide you to healing and creating a life that is untangled from the past. It's all about freedom!

Using a combination of transparency, authenticity, humor (it's ok to laugh!) and support, I meet you on a deeply personal level, which allows the sessions to move quickly from superficial issues to the root of the problem. If you are a Professional Counselor Associate, looking for a cost-effective way to complete your hours, consider group supervision. This is one of the best ways to learn how to consult with peers, (a skill you must know once licensed), as well as continue your growth and continuing education. Open to Associates as well as licensed professionals. (Individual supervision is also available). A reduced rate is offered for Associates during the first 6 months of opening a private practice.
