I am encouraged by the research that talks about how our brain does not stop growing, and there are things we can do to encourage brain growth such as struggling with new and challenging information. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I like helping children and adolescents dealing with ADHD, divorce, family and school stress .With adults and adolescents, I specialize in the area of alcohol and drug addiction, depression, anxiety, change of life issues, grief; and relationship issues.
I have practiced in Pinellas County for over 25 years, and I am knowledgeable of many community resources that can be of help in addition to counseling .I offer both in person counseling as well as telehealth. I also offer some late appointments as well as Saturday appointments.
