As a developmental psychologist, I focus on the transitions of adult life using many different tools, including mindfulness and motivational interviewing, using a humanistic and person-centered method.
My private practice is only through Telehealth. I tailor my approach to each client, helping them build their own sense of resiliency and integrity. It is important to spend the initial appointment learning from each other and building rapport, so that you can focus on your goals as you develop them.
