My goal is to help adults in Alabama feel safe to process their anxiety, depression, grief, phobias, or fears so they can heal and discover their next steps in life. Together we can work through the overwhelming feelings that steal your joy and find your path to a life worth living. Through this process you can gain insight, coping skills, heal from the past, and move forward toward the life that you want to live. My approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Clinical Hypnotherapy, (when desired). In our first session, we'll discuss what led you to seek therapy and determine the best ways to support your progress.
With CBT we will examine how your thoughts influence your emotions and experiences. I will guide you in challenging those thoughts so you can shift your feelings in a positive direction. Clinical Hypnotherapy is a safe, effective, direct, natural approach to address emotional issues (without retraumatizing.) You don't have to be alone in this journey.
