I have been fortunate to have worked for many years as a therapist, work that I love. I have been able to help patients from very young to very old, affluent and struggling financially, individuals couples annd children. I will match my role to the issues you bring to the sessions. I am interested in the stories we tell about ourselves. We will work on telling the rich story of your life somyouncan better reach your goals. Over the years I have learned many techniques - Trauma Focussed, Attachment Based, Mindfulness, "CBT", the list is long. I do draw on that training. But in the end studies agree that it is the relationship that is the heart of making changes. I can offer that special connection to facilitate the change you are hoping for.
Trauma in some form comes to all of us, I think. Sometimes we need a neutral party to be part of managing those feelings that come with the traumatic experience. Whether you are experiencing inner conflict, conflict with a partner or family or are haunted by events of the past, I am open to exploring whether I am a good fit for you as you find your way.
