I have helped many learn to cope more effectively with anxiety, depression, relationships, work issues, health struggles, memory problems, and adjustment to everyday stressors. Custom tailoring an individual approach using cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, solution-oriented therapy, and/or psychodynamic therapy.
