Hi, I am Debora Jette, a licensed marriage and family therapist with the States of Nevada and Missouri. I provide therapy with individuals to include adults and children; couples; and families. I work with clients to help them work through issues to resolve them and build a healthy and happy lifestyle. As a marriage and family therapist, I am comfortable in working with people with various backgrounds. This includes individuals, couples, and families. We can work on any topic that a client brings to the session.
My basic theories I utilize in therapy include cognitive behavior and systems approach. I do use other theories and approaches as directed by what clients are trying to achieve in their sessions with me.
My belief is that clients do have the answers within themselves. I work in collaborative with the client in our sessions. I will assist the client in finding their own answers with guidance to provide the best outcome for the client.
