The Daring Way Workshop

These workshops will focus on acquiring communication skills for couples to implement the principles of Dr. Brene Brown's Daring Way curriculum that focuses on creating and maintaining emotional vulnerability in an intimate relationship. You will learn the theory, the science, the profound benefit of vulnerability in enhancing intimate connection and attachment throughout the lifespan. In this comfortable and safe setting, we will identify common risks associated with being vulnerable, and how to work through barriers to vulnerability so that we no longer need to fear being seen, known, accepted...and loved!
